Hi, I’m Jiyeon,

a senior studying Industrial and Product Design with a minor in Human Computer Interaction at Carnegie Mellon University.

As a designer, I believe good products can change the way we relate to technology, both the natural and built world, and each other for the better. Currently interested in designing for healthcare, sustainability, and furniture. The implicit goal is to design products that not only look, but also do good: establish meaningful impact that endures beyond the physical.

Currently, I’m extending my time at Telos Health as an Industrial Design Intern, helping design a first-of-its-kind medical robot expected to dramatically expand access to stroke care. Previously, I was at Petit Pli, an innovative material technology company based in London best known for creating the sustainable fashion paragon Clothes that Grow.

Let’s make good things ︎
